By submitting this form, you are authorizing the payment of a Non-Refundable Deposit in the amount of $35.00. All reservations are made on a “First Come, First Served” basis. If the class is full, you will be put on a waiting list, if desired. You are not registered until your deposit has been received.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the workshop (longer for some workshops), you will receive a refund of the total you paid minus the amount of the Non-Refundable Deposit.

The balance of the workshop fee is due 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.
If your remaining payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop’s start (longer for some workshops). However, if the instructor or the Toledo Artists’ Club cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund including the Deposit.
