“Paint the Town”

We are partnering with the Parkinsons Foundation fund raising event, “Paint the Town”, to be held May 14, 2020 at the Toledo Country Club. Our role is to organize and promote a juried fine art exhibition by creating a call for artists, jurying the entries and awarding the selected winning entries. The judges will be Chris Leeper, Juror for acceptances, and Professor David Guip, Juror for awards. A regional call for artists will be issued via the Showsubmit.com website, and artists will apply using Showsubmit.com. You may submit entries starting January 3rd, with a deadline of March 15.

The entry fee for TAC members will be $25 for the first entry, and $5 for each entry 2-5. Non member entry fees are $35 for the first entry, $5 for entries 2-5. We hope to attract 100 entries. Please consider entering your finest works. Price your artwork to attract a sale price of at least $500. The sale price of your artwork will be divided 50/50 with the Parkinson's Foundation of Northwest Ohio. The club will receive the entry fees as income. All artwork must be for sale.

We expect that the event will be attended by about 200 patrons ready to purchase the artwork. A preview catalogue will be published and sent to the donors prior to the event.
