The Toledo Artists' Club is pleased to host ROOTED: Four Guilds, a group exhibition featuring artists from four Toledo Artists' Village organizations.
Artists from the Toledo Stained Glass Guild, Photo Arts Club of Toledo, Toledo Area Glass Guild (Hot Glass), and Toledo Potters Guild are invited to submit their work.
The exhibition will showcase the variety of artwork and creative work being made by members of these four organizations.

Artists' Village at Toledo Botanical Garden
The Toledo Artists' Club is pleased to host ROOTED: Four Guilds, a group exhibition featuring artists from four Toledo Artists' Village organizations.
Artists from the Toledo Stained Glass Guild, Photo Arts Club of Toledo, Toledo Area Glass Guild (Hot Glass), and Toledo Potters Guild are invited to submit their work.
The exhibition will showcase the variety of artwork and creative work being made by members of these four organizations.
ELIGIBILITY
Members of one of the four participating organizations are invited to enter.
Each artist may submit up to five original works.
All artwork must be the artist's original work and ready to be displayed in the gallery.
ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open: September 10, 2026
Entry deadline: October 15, 2026
Acceptance notifications: October 21, 2026
Entries must be submitted through the online application by the deadline.
ENTRY FEE
$35 entry fee
The $35 fee covers up to five entries.
Payment may be made online by credit or debit card. Artists who choose the offline payment option must pay the $35 fee at the Toledo Artists' Club by the October 15 deadline. Cash or check will be accepted.
Entries without payment by the deadline will not be accepted.
ARTWORK INFORMATION
For each work entered, artists will provide:
- Title
- Medium
- Dimensions
- Retail price
- Digital image
Enter dimensions as Height × Width.
For dimensions less than 10 inches, use a leading zero. For example, enter eight inches as 08.
Artwork prices must include the 25% Toledo Artists' Club commission.
DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS
Three-dimensional artwork will be displayed on tables or pedestals.
Two-dimensional artwork will be hung using the Toledo Artists' Club gallery hanging system and must have D-rings.
Sawtooth hangers are not permitted.
Artwork that is not properly prepared for display may not be accepted.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
Each entry must include a high-quality JPG image.
- JPG format only
- Longest side: 1,920 pixels
- Maximum file size: 2 MB
- File names must be lowercase
- File names must follow the required format
File naming format:
artist_first_initial_last_name_title_of_work_medium.jpg
Example:
l_davinci_monalisa_oil.jpg

AWARDS
A juror selected by the Toledo Artists' Club Board will select:
Best of Show — $100
First Place — $75
Second Place — $50
Third Place — $25
PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD
Visitors to the Toledo Artists' Club will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artwork during the exhibition.
The artwork receiving the most votes will receive the People's Choice Award. The winning artist will receive recognition, and the winning artwork will be featured at the Toledo Artists' Club.

Artwork pick-up
SALES
Artists may enter a retail price for work they wish to sell.
The listed price must include the 25% Toledo Artists' Club commission.
For example, if you want to receive $100 from the sale of your artwork, the listed price should be $125.
The Toledo Artists' Club will handle sales during the exhibition. TAC will retain 25% of each sale and pay the remaining 75% to the artist by check according to the Club's payment procedures.
