Heralding the Holidays at the Garden is a major fundraising event for the Toledo Artists’ Club.
Volunteers are needed for many activities:
- greeters
- set up and take down sales areas
- Sales
- Baked goods table
- Floater silent auction table
- Put me where you need me!
Please volunteer for one or more shifts. A sign-up form can be found below.
Here is the shift schedule:
Friday, December 4th: 1-3 set up, 3:30 - 6 pm, 6-8:15 pm
Saturday, December 5th: 9:45 - 2 pm, 2 pm - 5:15 pm
Sunday, December 6th: 10:45 am - 1 pm, 1- 4 pm, 4-5 pm (CLEAN-UP)
Please help the club make the Heralding the Holidays fundraiser a rousing success! This event is vitally important to the coming year's plans to improve member benefits, enhance the facility, and increase awareness of TAC among the art community at large.
