Heralding the Holidays at the Garden is a major fundraising event for the Toledo Artists’ Club.
Volunteers are needed for many activities:
- greeters
- set up and take down sales areas
- donate a themed basket for the silent auction
- create artwork for the mini-gallery
- silent auction manager
- put me where you need me!
Please volunteer for one or more shifts. A sign-up form can be found below.
Note that the Saturday shifts are two to two and a half hours long. Sunday shifts are two and a half hours.
Here is the shift schedule:
- Friday, December 6, 2023--4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and/or 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 7, 2023--10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, December 8, 2022--11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and/or 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please help the club to make the Heralding the Holidays fundraiser a rousing success! This event is vitally important to the coming year's plans to improve member benefits, enhance the facility, and increase awareness of TAC to the art community at large.
